Summer Vibes

Summer is near, the weather is warmer, and it’s time to show off my legs and wear my favorite shorts; lots of layered gold necklaces, and arm candy.
There is no better feeling than the weather finally being 70 F degrees, and to be able to wear my American eagle shorts with my H&M ankle boots. I love shorts, and in summer it’s the item I wear the most. I love showing off my legs. I literally try to avoid long pants and jeans when possible.

As the world changes and evolves, I evolve and so does my style. Changing your style once in a while can be fun and exciting. But at the same time you should feel comfortable in your new style.

This outfit is not like the outfits I have worn on my previous posts. It’s a laid back look with a hint of edgy and girly gold accessories. But once you guys get to know me, you will learn that I love different styles and I have no problem rocking them.

American eagle has been my go-to store for when I need jeans. I think that the majority of my jeans is from American eagle. They are so soft and comfy. It seems like they always have the cutest shorts too. Leave me a comment below if you also are an American eagle jean wearer. But my preference for these jeans started in my early years in college. I had a roommate, called Iris, and she always wore American eagle jeans, so I started buying them too. I love when a friend introduces you to a brand, and then it becomes your favorite too; has that happen to you guys?

I couldn’t help to layer a few of my favorite gold necklaces with this outfit. Gold necklaces and bracelets make you look a bit more bronzed, and it gives a goddess look. I layered three necklaces together. The thicker necklace and the longer one are from Charlotte Russe. The necklace underneath the thicker one is from Bauble Bar.

I got the watch in a local accessories store and it was only $30. The thick bracelet is from J Crew. The bangle looks like if there are two bracelets together and this one I got at Henri Bendel. I love the combination of these together. Looks super chic.

Adding a black faux leather jacket to this outfit was inevitable once I included the ankle boots. I’ve had this jacket for a while. I like the cuts of it. Black is one of my favorite colors to wear; it makes you look elegant, even if it’s a faux leather jacket. The top that I am wearing is from Guess. I love stripes and I thought that it was perfect for this outfit.

Once I saw these boots at H&M I had to get them. Doesn’t that always happens that you see something at a store and you become instantly in love with it and you just have to get it? Well I have been wearing these a lot. And this photo-shoot was the perfect opportunity to include them and show them off. They are very instagramable. Check my instagram @jazminelambarca
